New for 2021 - Bourbon Barrel Honey
We secretly held a small portion of this year’s harvest in reserve and stored it for two months in a barrel which had previously been used to age a batch of local whiskey.
The result is a honey with all the unique flavors which have come to characterize Aberdeen Apiary with just a hint of toasted oak, caramel, vanilla, and bourboney goodness!

Propolis Varnish
A traditional but rare wood finish. Propolis varnish is a high-grade finish traditionally used for fine woodworking and, especially, by luthiers (also known as violin-makers). This is a rare wood finish made from propolis collected from our own hives.
